YOUR ROLE:
- Evaluate, refine existing and impending business processes and requisites.
- Engage stakeholders to make sure business requirements are met, agreed and that stakeholders are on top off of all the activities.
- Convey with business and technical SME’s to define needs based on an understanding of business, information and technical constraints.
- Spot risks, challenges and report to the Project Manager for review and corrective action when needed
- Identify and involve relevant stakeholders and setup workshops to draw out ongoing and future system needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst delivering multi-faceted artefacts for government projects.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in requirements elicitation and definition, business process reengineering and process mapping.
- Ability and experience in facilitating workshops.
- Compelling business engagement skills.
- Previous experience in technical writing and documenting guidelines and operational procedure.
- Ability to influence contributions from stakeholders.
- Excellent written & interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work within a small team & environment.
- Ability to respect colleagues and work with a wide range of staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Contract is until June 30, 2019 and may extend for one year.
