Key Responsibilities

  • Work with SPOCs to finalize interview schedule and schedule assessment interview sessions for the various modules.
  • Gather UCC platform related documents, Metrics, KPIs, reports.
  • Analyse documents, metrics, KPIs, defect statistics etc.
  • Get a list of the in-flight projects and understand the progress, timeline and risks if any.
  • Conduct process assessment interviews and validate the understanding from document and data reviews.
  • Perform playback session/s with key stakeholders and SPOC / Sponsor
  • Provide status updates to SPOCs and Sponsors periodically.
  • Define target state and build transitional roadmap.
  • Work with key UNSW & Vendor stakeholders and SMEs to build Strategic Direction Statement and Technology Direction Statement.
  • Define recommendations and Implementation roadmap.
  • Ensure all the modules and topics have been covered in the Reference Architecture.
  • Present Final Architecture to the key stakeholders.
  • Understand UNSW’s review feedback.
  • Incorporate the feedback inputs & update the Architecture.
Requirements

Skills & Experience

● Demonstrated experience across Microsoft Technologies.

● Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.

● Excellent presentation and communication skills.

● Proactive and collaborative team player. Other Requirements

Other Requirements

● Eligible to work in Australia.

● Can start immediately and work on site in Sydney.

● Open to a short-term contract engagement (4 weeks) with an option to extend.
