As our Business Analyst, your main responsibility will be to work with our clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that will increase efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and requirements
  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in product and solution development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience in software development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage expectations and work under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus
