GoSourcing Pty Ltd, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are addressed
• Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors
• Monitor project performance and implement improvement strategies
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope and meet business requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in the Information Technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in project management software and tools such as MS Project or Jira.
