Activities:

• Analyses Customer business requirements to identify further clarifications required in order to design the solution
• Prepares requirements gathering templates to be completed before and during the client workshops
• Assists in preparing workshop agenda
• Assists in running the requirements validation workshops through facilitation and note taking

Guidance:

• Works under the direction of Noggin BA
• Works within the Noggin design framework

Training and support

• Noggin will provide online training materials
• Noggin will provide training by Product as required
