GoSourcing is seeking to hire an experienced IT Recruitment Lead to join our Ph Team. Your responsibilities include leading, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for our Australian client's various technical roles.

Your responsibilities also include sourcing candidates through GoSourcing Specialist Recruiters and various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.


Responsibilities

  • As a Lead you will set clear goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines, and monitor team performance
  • Work with the team to identify and processed qualified applications and/or sourced.
  • Subject matter expert to the available recruitment tools (ATS, overall Recruitment process, etc)
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to forecast goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements
  • At least 2 years proven work experience as a an IT/Technology Recruitment Specialist and in sourcing/recruiting IT professionals in any of the ff regions: North America, EU or APAC (Australia is highly desirable)
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead
  • Hands-on experience using various interview techniques &formats (e.g. video calls, phone, Skype, Google Meet)
  • Experience in recruiting SAP technical positions is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). Experience in Workable is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent decision making skills; verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
