Implementation Manager - Melbourne

Description

Melbourne based client is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to improve systems that support their endeavors. As an Implementation Manager, you will achieve mutually agreed key performance indicators, such as meeting deadlines for the development of feature or modules; maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet Company standards; and deliver of the project(s) within the agreed timelines and quality outcomes within budget.


Your role and responsibility

  • Assess and evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule
  • Provide all technical, mobilisation and training support
  • Implementation milestones are to be maintained and signed off by the client
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication

  • Can work on site in Melbourne Victoria
  • This is a permanent and full time role
  • Frequent business travel to Sydney NSW
  • Has the following skills and relevant experience in:
    • Facilities Management, Work Management, and Analytics platforms.
    • working with stakeholders, customers to support the delivery of software contracts
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Structured and organised to manage reporting requirements associated with the role
