Our Federal Gov't Department is looking for an experience System Analyst to implement and to work on IT systems.

Successful candidate will analyze system requirements and address any relevant problems. You will also provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security.

As a system analyst, you will be joining a team of engineers and developers who are passionate about new IT systems, software development and different programming languages.

If you are also interested in discovering and implementing new features, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to translate our internal and external clients’ needs into new high quality IT systems.

Essential:

• Demonstrated experience in and understanding of agile software development (e.g. SAFe methodology or similar).
• A proven ability to prepare high quality system analysis documentation and oversee the development and implementation of ICT solutions.
• Experience in investigating and resolving system incidents.
• A proven ability to deliver large, concurrent deliverables, highlighting functional interdependencies and identifying gaps in existing functionality.
• A demonstrated ability to engage effectively and work cohesively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear, concise, and articulate oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
• Experience creating business process models using BPMN 2.0 and documenting detailed requirements as user stories.

Desirable:

• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the solution has met requirements.
