Description

A Canberra based Federal Gov't Deparment is seeking an experienced ERP Build Lead to manage a number of workstreams, configure and develop the SAP S/4HANA core ERP system using SAP’s Activate methodology. The services are required for the installation of the base software; configuration of the GovERP solution; installation and configutation of at least one value-add product; and other services as required.

Your main skills and experience

• 10+ years of experience leading teams of ICT staff in development of major systems for government
• Implementation and support experience with Federal Government SAP ERP solutions covering the following:
  • Successful performance at development director, project delivery director or above
  • SAP ERP development management and/or support experience
  • Excellent understanding of the SAP modules – Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll
  • Excellent understanding of Application Lifecycle Management and related tools
  • Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of and experience managing teams in the development of UI and reporting platforms
  • Awareness of technical integration, identity Management, GRC and cybersecurity principles

• Demonstrates motivational leadership skills providing vision and direction;
• A team player that values and takes account of the contribution of team members;
• Demonstrates advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
• manage stakeholder relationships at team member to senior SES levels;
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and manage several concurrent tasks; and
• Experience in leading teams to successful outcomes in Agile development environments.

• Australain Government Security Clearance or has the ablility to obtain and maintain one.
• Estimate start date is on the 13th of Jan 2020
• Can work full time and on site in Canberra ACT
• Contract engagement is until the 30th of June 2020 with an option of 2 contact extensions
