Description

Position Overview:

Federal Government client Branch are seeking experienced SAP ABAP Developers to collaborate with a cross- functional and multi-location implementation teams to support the integration teams develop hybrid cloud solutions and to ensure that work delivered meets client requirements and standards both functionally and technically.

Additionally, these resources will be required to transform project requirements into detailed technical specification documents and deliver successful projects and positive customer outcomes with right attitude and approach.


Estimated Start Date: August 2022

Term: Initial Term to 31st July 2023

Extension Options: Possibility of extensions up to 24 months, based on performance & business requirements

Work Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra

Security Clearance: Must be Australian Citizen and be eligible to hold a Baseline Security Clearance


Requirements

Mandatory Criteria

  • Minimum 10 years ABAP programming experience

Weighted Criteria

  • At least 2 x full life cycle implementations
  • S/4HANA implementation experience
  • Detailed understanding of CDS and BOPF
  • Knowledge of CDS Annotations to generate UI without Fiori coding
  • Working knowledge of Restful ABAP Programming with CDS and Behaviours implementations (Managed and Unmanaged)
  • Object Oriented ABAP Programming, ABAP Web Dynpro, ALE, IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Reports, and Workflow development
  • Experience in Finance and Procurement modules of S/4HANA
  • ABAP Proxy developments for external and internal communications
  • Experience within an Australian Federal Government setting
  • Must be able work full time and at the client site of a CBD location listed
