Description

Canberra based Federal Government client is seeking Senior and Mid level Software Testers to design test cases, implement test functionality across the project landscape.

Successful candidate will

• work within the team across the projects and design test cases and implement and test functionality across the project landscape.
• work with Product Owners, Software Developers, Data/System Analysts and Subject Matter Experts.
• undertake testing in an Agile environment.
• test API's.
• work within tight timeframes to extremely tight deadlines.

Senior Software Testers

• Over 8 years testing experience.
• Test planning, Analysis, Design and Test Execution.
• In test automation and test tools.
• In testing Data Migration activities – including conversion, data validation, synchronisation and loading.
• Testing API’s;
• Good liaison skills and able to work with various team members from Business Analysts, Developers and Project Management.
• Has a good understanding of defect management and triage processes.
• Test progress reporting.

Mid Level Tester

• Over 3 years testing experience.
• Test Analysis, Design and Test Execution.
• Good understanding of defect management and triage processes.
• In test automation and test management tools.
• Work under direction of Test Manager and Senior Testers.

Nice if you have experience

• working in an Agile framework.

Other Requirements

• Australian Citizen with a Baseline Security Clearance.
• Police check undertaken within the previous six (6) months.
• Amenable for a 12 month contract engagement with possible extension.
• Can work full time in Canberra ACT office.
• Able to start employment on or before 1st of June 2019.
