A Canberra based federal agency is seeking an experienced Developer with expertise in Front end Development and Web Application.

Susccessful candidate will join an agile multi disciplinary Capability Delivery Team of Business Analyst, UX Designer, Software Developers and Testers. This team will help the agency to launch a new website and to achieve their mission to make Australia the safest place to connect online

Your main skills and experience

• in application design for front end + API layers.
• in implementing UX specs to public facing applications.
• Single-page application (SPA) experience.
• in Javascript.
• in SASS.
• producing detailed design documentation.
• in undertaking the full life cycle of a major development effort working with UXDs, BAs, Architects, Testers.
• AWS experience would be a bonus.

Other Requirements:

• Australian Citizen with a minimum baseline clearance.
• Can work full time in Canberra ACT.
• Able to start on or before 30 May 2019.
• Contract engagement for 6 months with an option to extend to another 6 months.
