GoSourcing Pty Ltd, an Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to create and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, as well as excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Develop and maintain product roadmap, backlog, and release plans
• Work closely with the development team to ensure product delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Conduct user research and validation to ensure product-market fit
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the product
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of product goals

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably as a Product Owner or similar role
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience with user research and validation techniques
• Knowledge of software development tools and technologies, such as Jira or Confluence
