Our client, a prominent and forward-thinking organization in the education sector, is seeking a Senior Scrum Master.

The ideal Senior Scrum Master will bring a robust background in Agile delivery and possess hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) programs, preferably utilizing Informatica MDM. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead one or more Agile teams delivering Informatica MDM solutions across enterprise domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor)
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Engineering teams
• Guide the team on Agile best practices and scale agile practices where necessary (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Ensure transparency and communication with key business and IT stakeholders
• Monitor sprint performance, velocity, and team health, using Jira or similar tools
• Support teams in backlog refinement and estimation, with focus on data integration and MDM milestones
• Contribute to MDM program governance, timelines, and interdependent deliverables

• Tertiary qualification in IT or comparable experience gained through education, training, and practical work.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large, cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in data-focused Agile projects, particularly in MDM (Master Data Management) delivery
• Hands-on experience working in or with teams using Informatica MDM or similar platforms
• In-depth understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and Rapid, coupled with expertise in utilizing tools such as Jira.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or SAFe (SA, SPC)

Nice to have

• Experience working in the education, financial services, or public sector
• Familiarity with Data Governance, Data Quality, or Informatica Cloud Services
• Exposure to data integration, data lakes, or data warehouse environments
