Position Description: SAP Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter specializing in SAP Technical roles to join and help us grow our IT teams.

The Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various SAP technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong SAP Tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP recruitment process and the Subject Matter Expert for GoSourcing's SAP Technical Recruitment Desk
• Initiate sourcing strategies to attract and source SAP Technology Talents
• Work collaboratively with other Team members in the GoSourcing Recruitment Team
• Manage GoSourcing's SAP Talent Pool
• Actively promote the company brand through the SAP Talent Pool.
• Manage and continuously build a database of competitive SAP Technical candidates and conduct market research on resourcing and industry trends

• BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
• Proven experiences at working independently and remotely as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video calls and structured)
• SAP Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Must have proven experience at sourcing and placing Australian SAP Technical contractors into Large Australian Organisations

• S4/ HANA Finance Specialist
• S4/HANA Procurement Specialist

• SAP UI5
• SAP ECC
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques ( e.g. Boolean search and social media search)
• Familiarity using Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
