About the role

Seeking Senior Infrastructure Engineerto play a key role in supporting, maintaining and improving the infrastructure services we deliver to our business.

As an experienced Infrastructure Engineer you will apply your knowledge of compute, hypervisor, storage, backup and cloud solutions to ensure best practice configuration, availability and security is maintained, as well as providing mentoring and leadership to the junior team members.

Duties

• Support and manage the infrastructure environment across ANZ region
• Lead the investigation, diagnosis and restore affected services as in accordance with Service Levels
• Participate actively in all and Major Incident (P1/P2) review conference calls
• Be the technical lead on Projects – including migrations, integrations, upgrades.

Technical Requirements:

Proven experience (7 yrs+) in the areas of :

• Windows Operating Systems (2003-2019)
• Powershell (Script creation and management of AD, O365, vmwareetc)
• DNS, internal and external
• VMware (v6 onwards)
• AWS (Compute, storage, networking)
• Office365 (mail flow, policies, backup&restore, MS Teams)
• Citrix
• Cloud web proxy (ZScaler)
• AV & Threat Management (Crowdstrike)
• Cloud Storage (Aws &Netapp)
• Identity (ADFS & OKTA)
• Active Directory including DHCP, DFS and GPO

• Must meet all of the technical requirements
• Must be an excellent communicator
• Must demonstrate their ability to ‘own’ the role and show initiative

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Able to work onsite
