Seeking a self motivated, relationship developer and outcome focus Business Development/ Sales Manager. The successful candidate will:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the market, proactively pursue and convert business from those accounts.
  • Build and manage marketing and sales strategy.
  • Be updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • With at least 3 years of successful sales/business development, client acquisition experience
  • Relevant industry experience in Recruiting & Staffing and Technology is highly preferred
  • Ability to prospect and close large or medium accounts remotely
  • Ability to build existing business, job flow, clients, reputation and digital assets
  • Can work independently and own the business development processes
  • Excellent negotiation skills and outcome focus
  • Strong customer service and client management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Business travel may be required
