GoSourcing Pty Ltd is a respected provider of information technology and services to customers worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team, working alongside talented developers, designers and QA specialists. As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team throughout the development process, ensuring that all work is delivered on-time and to the highest standard. You will be an agile evangelist, passionate about the principles of Scrum, and able to motivate and inspire your colleagues to work collaboratively towards shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review and Retrospectives
• Ensure that the team is adhering to Agile principles and processes, and adjust as necessary to improve delivery
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized correctly and contains clear and concise user stories
• Work closely with the team members to remove any impediments to their work and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and ensuring that expectations are managed appropriately
• Continuously monitor and report on the performance of the team, suggesting areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making to ensure that the team delivers high-quality products within agreed timelines.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the information technology and services industry
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean
• Strong understanding of software development processes and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Knowledge of project management techniques, including planning, risk management and budgeting
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads effectively
• Certification for Scrum Master or Agile methodologies is preferred.
