Insurance Process SME – Sydney, NSW

Seeking Insurance Process SME to be a part of the Transformation Community and will lead/manage stakeholders and client assignments.

As an SME, you will:

• be involved in the wider Transformation community, and identify best practices which will be adopt and shared.
• be the main person between departments within and relevant third Parties.
• convey strategies and objectives with relevant departments & colleagues.
• identify risks regarding changes and develop strategies to overcome.
• manage all technical issues.
• collaborate your knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team.
• be the first point of contact to develop account and escalate all client concerns once identified.

Your Client Assignment:

• Lead and manage client assignments & stakeholders.
• Plan and run assignments.
• Study, interpret and communicate client requirements.
• Provide timely accurate reporting.
• Ensure that all user needs are continuously assessed solutions designed around them.
• Build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with them to learn new skills through mentoring and shadowing.

Your Main Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in the Insurance domain.
• In Insurance Core Transformation Projects.
• Working knowledge of different methodologies (eg Agile, PRINCE 2).
• Good understanding of Organization Change Management.
• In wide-ranging Core Insurance implementation/service delivery, from a product owner, project manager or business analysis background.
• Knowledge of the impact core transformation within IT landscape, organization, and approaches.
• Excellent general IT skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good communicator – both written and oral.
• Self-motivated, flexible, a collaborative team player
• DUCK CREEK is highly desirable

Other Requirements;

• Elligible to work in Australia ( PR/Citizen).
• Permanent role and able to work full time in Sydney NSW or Melbourne VIC
